Layout:
Through the communal staircase you reach the entrance of the appartment on the second floor. You immediately step into the cosy living area located in the middle part of the house. At the front is the sleeping area. The open layout and large windows on both sides make the house feel light and spacious. Would you prefer a bit more privacy? Then by installing a room divider, you can easily separate the sleeping area from the living area.

At the rear of the house is the kitchen unit with separate fridge and gas cooker, here is also the connection for the washing machine. There is enough space for a large dining table. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with shower and toilet, which is fully tiled.
From the rear, two French doors provide access to the spacious balcony that extends the full width of the house. The balcony is facing east from where you can enjoy the morning sun.

The VvE consists of 4 members and management is done by a professional administrator. The monthly service costs are € 133.

Surroundings:
The Staatsliedenbuurt has rapidly developed into a hip hotspot. To start with, you can soon count yourself lucky with Trattoria Bella Storia, perhaps the best pizzas in Amsterdam or Buurman for delicious Fallafel or Sabich sandwiches or the Thai Pie Nong on the bridge near the Nassaukade. Otherwise, cafés and restaurants abound. Established names where it is great to linger are: Cafe Amsterdam, Primi bar, Mossel & Gin, Pendergast, Cafe Beurre, Coffee Roastery Westerpark and, last but not least, Café Restaurant Piet de Gruijter. Besides all this, you might soon have the Westerpark as your new backyard, with the many fun places of the Westergasfabriek. You can do your daily shopping at Albert Heijn or Dirk on Van Limburg Stirumstraat.

Accessibility:
The Van Bossestraat is easily accessible by public transport. There are several tram and bus stops on Van Hallstraat in the direction of Amsterdam Central Station and Leidseplein, among others. Amsterdam Central Station is approximately 10 minutes' cycling distance from the appartment. The location in relation to the ring road A-10 West is also very favourable, accessible by car within a few minutes via the Haarlemmerweg or the Spaarndammertunnel.
Parking is via permit system on the public road.
